OverviewThe overall objective of the Housing Choice
Voucher (HCV) Administrative Fee Study is to ascertain how much it costs a public
housing agency (PHA) to run an efficient HCV program for the purpose of developing
a formula for allocating administrative fees.
HUD invites all interested
parties to review the DRAFT Statement of Work and provide comments to: HCVAdminFeeStudy@hud.gov.
