HUD is pleased to announce its next Multifamily & Healthcare Loan Sale, MHLS 2010-1. This portfolio of twenty-six (26) loans with an aggregate unpaid principal balance of approximately $306 million will be offered on March 24, 2010. The portfolio includes non-performing mortgage loans secured primarily by first liens on multifamily and/or healthcare properties, including assisted living, congregate care, and nursing homes. HUD will offer the loans individually, and in pools, based on loan type or location.

Loan Sale Due Diligence

HUD will be releasing the second installment of Bidder Information Package. Currently containing sales instructions and agreements. The first release of the Bidder Informatin package and full due diligence is available to Qualified Bidders.

Bidder Qualification

To participate, interested bidders are requested to complete and submit the Confidentiality Agreement and appropriate Qualification Statement available at www.debtx.com. HUD requests interested bidders to send both copies and originals of the signed Confidentiality Agreement and the Qualification Statement as follows:
