COMMITMENT AMOUNT: $6,000,000

The City of Manchester, NH has been awarded a $6,000,000 Section 108 Loan Guarantee to re-capitalize the City's existing economic development loan fund. The Section 108 assistance will allow the City to continue to achieve its development objectives of advancing the redevelopment of existing commercial areas, strengthening the central business district, and creatively rehabilitating older industrial and commercial areas. Assisted projects will either create or retain low-moderate jobs or relieve blight in the community.
